Robert Pattinson Calls Kristen Stewart's New Movies 'Amazing'

We already know that Kristen Stewart is a huge champion of Robert Pattinson's endeavors outside of their "Twilight" collaboration. As she told MTV News last month, she caught an advance screening of his romantic drama "Remember Me" and said RPattz is "quite bold" in the film. Then she showed up at the new movie's red-carpet premiere on Monday night (March 1) to lend her support and attend the Plaza Hotel afterparty.

If you were at all worried, though, know that Pattinson has been reciprocating that support and praise for Kristen's new films. "I saw a really early cut of 'The Runaways,' " he told MTV News on Monday. "It was really good. And 'Welcome to the Rileys' is really good too. But I saw both things at really early cuts, so I don't know really what they're like now. But 'Welcome to the Rileys' is amazing.' "

Both "Runaways" and "Rileys" premiered at the Sundance Film Festival in January to wide acclaim. Assessing Stewart's turn as a teen prostitute in "Rileys," an MTV review declared, "[Y]ou cannot walk away from a viewing and say the actress doesn't fearlessly expose herself physically and emotionally, and doesn't do so with astonishing maturity and believability."

"Runways," meanwhile, in which Stewart plays real-life rocker Joan Jett, arrives in theaters in March. We'll have to see if Pattinson shows up at the film's premiere in the same way that Stewart did at "Remember Me."

"He's really good in the movie," she told us. "It's hard to talk about your friends — about anybody that's close to you that you know. It's like, he's everything I know he is. I know he can do any film."

NY Breaking News Reviews ‘Remember Me’: Robert Pattinson is here to stay!

Teen heartthrob Robert Pattinson's latest movie 'Remember Me' is a romantic drama. Those who loved him in the Twilight series will not know what to expect in a very different genre of movie of his. Well, good news is that Robert Pattinson can act and act really well. You girl fans out there, your Twilight Hunk is truly something else. Fans went crazy seeing Robert Pattinson Kristen Stewart at the 'Remember Me' premiere and they will not be disappointed with their Twilight star in his latest movie.Twilight or no Twilight, he is here to stay as an actor.

The film is about a 22 year old deep, alone and brooding kind of guy seemingly at war with the whole world. The film also stars Pierce Brosnan and Emilie de Ravin and is directed by Allen Coulter based on a script by Will Fetters. The movie is a great package as a whole with great performances. The story is captivating as well as touching. Clint Morris has rightly said of R-Patz that this movie will turn him from a movie star to an actor.

Rob Pattinson plays Tyler in the movie who is though alone and kind of brooding but a good human being at heart. The romance between the characters of Pattinson and Emile de Ravin has been portrayed so real that it is really touching. Same can be said about the relationship between Robert Pattinson and on-screen father Pierce Brosnan which has again been brilliantly depicted. Bond star Brosnan plays with perfection, somewhat emotionally restrained father.

The interest is kept alive till the end with a very different, kind of shocking and unexpected ending of the movie. All I will say without disclosing the ending is that this not your typical romance where in the end every thing gets all good. My verdict: Definite watch.

Betty White Responds To Robert Pattinson’s Profession Of Love

Robert Pattinson may only have eyes for Betty White – but as far as the former “Golden Girl” is concerned, R-Pattz’s profession of love is only good for a laugh.

On Tuesday, the “Twilight Saga” star paid a visit to the ladies of “The View” where he revealed his crush on the veteran comedienne.

“I think Betty White is probably one of the sexiest women in America,” he said. “She’s vibrant; it’s sexy. I think the more age, the better.”

And on Tuesday night, Betty responded with an exclusive statement to Access Hollywood.

“Now THAT is a comedy line!” the 88-year-old actress said.

No word what Robert’s rumored on-screen/off-screen love interest Kristen Stewart – who joined Robert on the red carpet for his “Remember Me” premiere in New York City on Monday night – has to say about the admission.

However, Robert isn’t the only one who has Betty on the brain.

As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, a huge Facebook fan campaign has been launched in effort to get Betty as the host of “Saturday Night Live” – something which also caught her off guard.

“All this came out of left field — all of a sudden, all this stuff has come in,” she told Access in February. “I don’t know any more than I did in the beginning, I’m just watching in awe.”

Robert Pattinson And Emilie De Ravin 'Click' In 'Remember Me'

Robert Pattinson and the minds behind the romantic drama "Remember Me" auditioned scores of young actresses for the starring role opposite the 23-year-old British heartthrob. No one was the right fit until "Lost" star Emilie de Ravin read for the part. Weeks later, she was on the New York set with a prime role in Pattinson's first big post-"Twilight" film.

All involved in the casting choice pointed to her immediate connection with RPattz as the reason she nabbed the part. How did the 28-year-old Australian actress establish that instant chemistry?

"I don't know," she admitted to MTV News at the red-carpet premiere for "Remember Me" on Monday night. "With friends, or people you date, or with family, you just sort of click, sort of get along. I don't really know how to put your finger on those things."

As an observer, though, director Allen Coulter was able to do just that: identify the key ingredients that led to their onscreen chemistry. "From the beginning, I think they both found each other amusing, so there was a lot of laughter on the set and between takes and even sometimes during takes," he told MTV News. "It was great, because she was unimpressed by the phenomenon, and he was unimpressed by the phenomenon. I think they were both a little staggered when we showed up on the street and they were mobbed. But I think they kept it light for each other, and on the set and off the set, they were pals."

De Ravin didn't have much time to prepare for the craziness that surrounded the production as they shot on location on the New York streets. She was thrust into a wardrobe on the same day she flew in to read with Pattinson. But as she told us earlier this year, the pair were able to lean on each other for support throughout the process.

"It was so great being able to work with someone you immediately get along with and is incredibly talented and is driven to make the film as good as we can," she said. "Having someone you can go and talk with about a scene, and it's all very casual and easy, that made filming such a delight — having a friendship level and a commitment to the script. The way Rob and I developed our relationship onscreen was very natural and just seeing what happened with scenes, what happens in the moment."
